Head Guard

The Head Guard acts as support to the Assistant Manager and Pool Manager. As part of our management team Head Guard responsibilities include: keeping the facility safe, enforcing rules, ensuring the facility is clean, monitoring membership, pool maintenance, record keeping, staff oversight and direct public relations. Head Guard acts as manager in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Manger. The Head Guard should be a strong leader, attentive, a decision maker and possess public relations skills. This position is an introduction to management positions. All Head Guards are required to be current in Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid Certifications.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Pool Manager acts as support to the Pool Manager. As part of our management team, the Assistant Manger responsibilities include: keeping the facility safe, enforcing rules, ensuring the facility is clean, monitoring membership, pool maintenance, record keeping, staff oversight, event coordination and direct public relations. The Pool Manager is the leader at the facility. The Manager is ultimately responsible for: keeping the facility safe, enforcing rules, ensuring the facility is clean, monitoring membership, pool maintenance, record keeping, staff oversight, staff scheduling, event coordination and direct public relations. The Manager should be motivated, strong leader, attentive, organized, decision maker, and possess strong communication skills. All Pool Managers are required to be current in Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid Certifications.

Swim Lesson Instructor

A Swim Lesson Instructor should be a strong leader, attentive, organized and have strong communication skills. Swim Lesson Instructor responsibilities include: teaching all skill levels, communication with class participants, coordinating make-up classes and handling payments. All Swim Lesson Instructors must be current in CPR.

Pool Attendant

The Pool Attendant should possess strong communication and organization skills. The Pool Attendant is a non-lifeguarding position. Pool Attendant responsibilities include: enforcing rules, ensuring the facility is clean, monitoring membership, pool maintenance and record keeping. In addition the Pool Attendant should maintain order on the pool deck.  All Pool Attendants must be current in CPR.

Service Technician

A Service Technician should be motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently and a strong communicator. The Service Technician responsibilities include; keeping each facility clean, pool maintenance, keeping records and daily chemical check to ensure water quality. The ideal technician will be a National Swimming Pool Foundation CPO (Certified Pool Operator) candidate, mechanically inclined, capable of performing minor repairs and have a strong aptitude toward customer service. Service Technicians must have a clean driving record.

Repair Technician

A Repair Technician should be detail oriented, able to work independently, a problem solver, a strong communicator and organized. The Repair Technician is responsible for reporting to the office daily, filing daily work status reports and finishing all work in a timely and clean manner. They should have the ability to perform or supervise routine electrical, plumbing, tiling and masonry work as needed. They should be able to work in all weather conditions, mechanically inclined and must have a clean driving record.
